What are you running your forks at (Comp, rebound, preload and air assist), and how much do you weigh? Trying to get some solid base settings for my forks.
yo the people in the amateur videography thread can be a*sholes sometimes, the original reason that you want to use PAL is because your TV's and computer monitors display at 25Hz integer multiples so if you shot at something else (like NTSC 30Hz) then the signal and display would be out of phase. So a PAL video on Youtube will look a little out of whack to me, but not to you because my computer is 60Hz by default while yours is 50Hz. The flourescent light phasing is just a side-effect of this.
actually, 400 might suit you. I weigh 54kg and use a 350 spring. This should give you a good reference. it isnt spot on, but sure helped me out. http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/resources/suspension_setup
